  • How long will shipping take?
    We stock all products, if you live within the U.S.A you should receive your product(s) within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary pending on your location.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You have received a confirmation email with our fulfillment process, along with a second confirmation with tracking. Please email support@xpressmasks.com for any further questions regarding your order. Please allow us 3-5 business days before reaching out, the demand is high - but we will get your product delivered in the listed turnaround time.
  • I have questions, how can I speak with a customer support specialist? "
    You can click the "support" tab -or- email us at support@xpressmasks.com. We are very responsive, you should hear back from us within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
  • How do I place a bulk order?
    Please send us an email support@xpressmasks.com - we will respond same day with a quote. We'll also answer any questions or concerns you may have about our products.
  • How do I request FDA + CE registration information?
    Please send us an email support@xpressmasks.com - we are able to send product decks with registration information after a PO is submitted.
  • How do I return my personal protective equipment for a refund?
    If your item arrives damaged, the package is open or tampered with - please send visual confirmation (picture) to support@xpressmasks.com immediately. Please note that due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable, but we are able to send a replacement for single orders if the item is deemed "contaminated". Shipping & handling is non-refundable.
  • Who handles The Xpress Supply Company Fulfillment (who is "Elite")? "
    We're proudly owned and operated in Tampa, FL, we rent a 6,000 sq.ft facility from our friends at Elite Wheel Warehouse. We partner with the Elite fulfillment team on our shipping operation. Together we can provide competitive turnaround times and automated shipping/tracking notifications.
